Nicole M. Mongeon

Nicole M. Mongeon, CFP® joined the firm in 2020 with over 16 years of financial planning experience in the field. She brings a background in strong client relationships along with a dedication to the comprehensive financial planning process. Plus she loves a good spreadsheet.  At her prior firm, Nicole wore many hats, helping with anything from client service to event planning to compliance work. 

Nicole is excited to integrate more technology and systems to assist RPJ advisors service their clients.  She is also growing her compliance knowledge base to help support RPJ in the ever-evolving realm of regulations. Nicole's main goal at RPJ is to help maximize the client's experience by introducing more efficiencies helping your advisors focus on the main goal: excellent client service.   

Nicole graduated from Virginia Tech in 2004 where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Family Financial Management with one minor in Business and another in Technical Writing and Editing.  Nicole received her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in May 2007 from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.  Becoming a student of financial planning so early in life has solidified the importance of maintaining the integrity of our profession. 

Nicole grew up in Fredericksburg and currently lives in Falls Church with her husband Michael, baby son Henry, and pup Lady.  Lover of ballet, books, and a good live show, she enjoys spending time with friends both near and far. She, Brett and Liz V met at Virginia Tech and have been excited to represent the Hokies ever since!
